Pop Tarts??? Yes! But this time with sourdough. In this warm, hands-on class, we’ll turn sourdough into something a little nostalgic and a lot delicious—homemade “pop tarts” with a flaky, tangy crust. Inspired by 1980s breakfast treats and the hand pies my grandmother lovingly made, these pastries blend childhood joy with from-scratch tradition. You’ll learn how to transform sourdough into tender, golden pockets filled with sweet brown sugar and strawberry filling.

- Learn the full process and all the tips and tricks I use to make homemade sourdough pop tarts.
