I was so inspired by Ashley to start my own fermentation journey because the food was not only delicious but also great for you and your gut health specifically. Hearing about her health journey and how she came to start fermenting really resonated with me and my own gut health issues. I knew I needed to address them and wanted to find a natural way to do it but didn’t know how to go about it, so having practical guidance to implement new gut-healthy foods into my diet was truly life changing. Ive seen such a change in myself and have found a whole world of foods and flavors I didn’t know existed! I’m eating more veggies than ever and have even inspired my husband to join the journey. Our strive for longevity is aided immensely with fermented foods and we’re never looking back!

Her knowledge is invaluable, I still reach out regularly to give updates on my bread and ask questions.
